In my latest watercolor piece, I embarked on a journey to capture the essence of tranquility found within landscapes. Inspired by the warm hues of sunset and the vibrant colors of nature, I delved into a palette of oranges and yellows reminiscent of the golden hour glow.
At the forefront of the painting stands a short and stout tree, adorned with delicate blossoms in pure white. Against the backdrop of the sunset's warmth, the tree emerges as a focal point, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in its serene beauty. Behind it, towering silhouettes of darker trees create depth and contrast, drawing the eye deeper into the scene.
Drawing influence from the artistic approach of Les Nabis, I embraced a painterly style characterized by flatness and the exploration of negative space.
Through this watercolor journey, I aimed to evoke a sense of harmony and tranquility, inviting viewers to pause and reflect on the beauty found within the natural world. Join me in exploring the intersection of art and nature, where every brushstroke tells a story of serenity and wonder.
